Part of the Whole

Part of the WholeYour life is a unit comprised of many parts including faith, family, career, community, leisure, personal resources (including wealth and time) and service.  Just like the body:  it is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body.  If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.

It is important to view wealth management within its proper context.  Financial resources are just one component of our lives and should not be viewed in isolation.  Often we try to compartmentalize the different parts of our life and focus on one or two while ignoring the others.  When we do that, we sub-optimize the entire “body” and while we may gain perceived success in those particular areas, we are jeopardizing the quality of the whole.  They are all related and no matter how much we might wish for separation, there is nothing we can do to change that, so let’s embrace it.

Our financial resources are an extremely important component of our lives because the way we steward these resources has implications to every other facet of our lives and existence.  As stated in our mission statement, we are passionate about equipping and encouraging our clients to pursue an extraordinary existence.  Money is a wonderful servant, but an awful master.  We want our clients to master their financial affairs in all areas including giving, saving, spending, investing, risk assessment and management, and estate transfer.  With this component properly mastered, our clients can experience the blessings of the freedom that will infiltrate the rest of their lives.
